Miss America Contestant Has Terrorist Ties?

It looks as if one of the Miss America contestants (Miss Michigan) may be a terrorist supporter. From Debbie Schlussel :

Some of her family members were originally in Harakat Amal [the Shi'ite Amal militia], which is now essentially a part of Hezbollah. There’s a reason that even Al-Manar TV–Hezbollah’s official TV network–is high on Fakih in the Miss USA pageant.

You are probably saying that last time you checked Muslim women were not to go around "uncovered," and especially not in a bikini. This is true. What you may not have heard of in Islam is Taqqiya. This is essentially lying and doing whatever is necessary to further Islam. Mohammad said that "war is deceit" and Muslims see themselves as being at war with us. How greatly would it change the national perception of Muslims if a Muslim won the Miss America pageant?
