The Kennedys, Above The Law

California Governor Arnold Schwarzeneggar's wife recently was caught breaking a law that her hubby signed making it illegal to drive in the state while talking on your cell phone.
Now she has been caught parking in a red zone while visiting her doctor (who she was probably seeing about a judgement impediment).
Why do these Kennedys think that they are above the law? Ted was probably the biggest offender with his Harvard incidents and of course the Chappaquiddick incident.
Also on the list is William Smith. He was accused of sexual assault but because he was staying with Uncle Teddy at the time and because of who he is was aquitted.
It seems as if the Kennedys are programmed to think that the law is something others have to answer to.
